The Orthodox Parish Leadership ministry of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco is offering a webinar on “Becoming a Dynamic Parish Ministry: Approaches for Building, Engaging and Serving". Peter Panagis will lead this engaging discussion on Monday, June 16, 2025.
Whether you're starting a new ministry or breathing new life into an existing ministry, this session will provide real-life case studies (presented by ministry leaders) of the steps taken to create dynamic and vibrant parish ministries. We will also explore ways to assess the need for and the effectiveness of your current ministries through application of the "5P Ministry Effectiveness" process, while discussing ways to promote your ministries within the parish and inspiring others to serve.
Peter Panagis
Peter Panagis leads OPL’s “5P” Ministry Effectiveness offering and is currently leading the Planning and Development Ministry at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Prescott, Arizona. Peter has served in several volunteer capacities over the years and is currently focused on assisting the Parish Council in identifying the highest priority projects, within the church, and then implementing processes to ensure those projects are effectively delivered.
