The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco Family Wellness Ministry invites all couples to participate in the upcoming Eight Dates marriage program. Presented for the fifth time, this powerful relationship series is based on the book Eight Dates by Drs. John and Julie Gottman.

The topic for Thursday, November 5, 2026 is Room to Grow and will be led by Presvytera Michelle Triant. Discussion will focus around Family. Approximately two-thirds of couples have a sharp drop in relationship satisfaction shortly after a child is born, and this drop gets deeper with each subsequent child. To avoid this drop in relationship happiness, conflict needs to be low and you need to maintain your sexual relationship.

Presvytera Michelle Triant joined the Family Wellness Ministry in 2018 to help support and nurture young families. Presv. Michelle, grew up in the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Modesto, CA, works with Presv. Pat and Presv. Donna to publish the e-newsletter Prez to Prez, and is the creator and author of Love at Lent. Together Fr. Daniel and Presv. Michelle serve the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Spokane, Washington, and have three daughters.
