The Orthodox Parish Leadership (OPL) ministry of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco is pleased to announce the continuation of the 2026 OPL webinar series, with an engaging presentation on “From Vision to Vitality: Strategic Planning as a Parish Catalyst for Change & Connection,” in collaboration with the Metropolises of Atlanta and Boston. This event is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. The presentation will be led by Steve Tibbs and includes panelists Rev. Father Tom Tsagalakis and Kristina Mehas.

A strategic plan only matters if it produces real impact. In fact, it is the parish’s change plan, guiding priorities, decisions, and actions to move the community forward. Inspired by the adaptive leadership of St. Paul - who met people where they were while staying rooted in purpose (“I have become all things to all people, that I might by all means save some.” 1 Corinthians 9:22) this session shares best practices and real parish stories of moving from plan development to effective implementation. Gain practical insights and strategies to ensure your parish change plan delivers real, mission-driven results.
