On Sunday, March 1, 2026, His Grace Bishop Anthony of the Diocese of Los Angeles of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, together with His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco, and His Eminence Archbishop Maxim of the Western Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church, will host the annual Pan Orthodox Vespers for the Triumph of Orthodoxy at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral in Los Angeles. All Orthodox faithful are invited to gather in worship to share our common faith and to celebrate the triumph of Orthodoxy and the restoration of icons in the Church.

At this service, the Hierarchs and faithful will welcome His Grace Vasily of San Francisco, Diocese of the West, of the Orthodox Church in America. The host hierarchs welcome His Grace as the guest homilist for this special Pan‑Orthodox gathering.

The Vespers service will begin at 6:00 p.m. A Pan‑Orthodox choir will offer responses during the service and a reception will follow. All the faithful are invited to bring icons from home as together we proclaim the Faith of the Apostles in words and images.
