Help Decorate Our Giving Tree!

  • During this season of giving, let us remember those who are less fortunate and help them celebrate this beautiful holiday. The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco is seeking gift card donations in any amount which will be donated to Project Homeless Connect. Preferred gift cards are: Safeway, Von’s, Target, Sprouts, Walgreen’s, CVS, and fast food restaurants.
  • Since 2004, Project Homeless Connect (PHC) has served as a vital bridge for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as those in underserved communities—ensuring that our most vulnerable neighbors are seen, heard, and supported. Over the past 21 years, more than 100,000 people have accessed care through PHC’s commitment to dignity, compassion, and real pathways toward stability.
  • At the heart of our work is Everyday Connect (EDC), a consistent and deeply personal program that helps participants navigate complex systems to secure IDs, housing referrals, medical care, and other essential services. EDC also administers our Core Senses Program, providing dental, vision, and hearing care to nearly 3,000 individuals annually, and operates the EDC Care Van for mobile service days.
  • Our Community Day of Service (CDoS) convenes dozens of providers under one roof to deliver comprehensive care—from DMV IDs to employment support—in a single, transformative day. In the past year alone, PHC delivered 28,844 services to 11,702 participants, meeting people where they are—and walking with them toward stability.
