The Orthodox Parish Leadership ministry of the Metropolis of San Francisco is offering a webinar on “Nurturing a Healthy Parish: 12 Core Attributes". Steve Pappas will lead this engaging discussion on Monday, June 16, 2025.
This webinar will delve into twelve essential qualities that contribute to the spiritual, communal, and operational well-being of a parish. From fostering genuine hospitality and cultivating deep spiritual growth to ensuring effective communication and responsible stewardship, we'll explore practical ways to strengthen our parishes. Steve Pappas leads the Parish Health and Revitalization offering for the Orthodox Parish Leadership Ministry and was previously Stewardship Ministry Lead for the Metropolis of San Francisco. Steve has also served on the Metropolis Council and as Parish Council President and Treasurer at his home parish of Saint Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena, California.
