This event is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. The presentation will be led by Tracey O’Malley, Associate Director of Human Resources at Oxford College of Emory University
Conflict is an unavoidable part of life. This webinar equips participants with practical strategies for navigating conflict effectively while strengthening trust and collaboration across teams. Attendees will leave with the tools to manage conflict without personalizing it, apply practical conflict triage techniques, and approach difficult conversations with greater clarity and confidence.

Tracey O’Malley
Tracey O’Malley brings more than 21 years of experience in higher education human resources and currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Oxford College of Emory University. Previously, she led Workforce Engagement as the HR Director at the University of Georgia. She is also a certified executive coach and a trained mediator through The Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development.
