The faithful and wider community are invited to attend a special evening with His Grace Bishop Demetrios of Mokissos on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Nativity of Christ Greek Orthodox Church, as he presents his newly released book, Grace Unbound: The Sacred Activism of an Orthodox Bishop.

The event will feature an interview-style conversation conducted by award-winning journalist, writer, and podcast host Anna Kagarakis, offering attendees an engaging and thoughtful discussion on faith, leadership, advocacy, and the role of the Church in today’s world.

Published in 2025 by Rowman & Littlefield, an imprint of Bloomsbury, and co-authored with Patra Sevastiades, Grace Unbound explores the life and ministry of Bishop Demetrios (Kantzavelos) of Mokissos through themes of moral courage, sacred activism, and faith in action.

The evening schedule is as follows:
